From the little information given, it doesn't sound like Fallout: New Vegas will break the mold and be a drastically different game from Fallout 3, but that doesn't mean changes are not in store. The USA Today is running a little story on Fallout: New Vegas which contains some new extra snippets of info on the upcoming role-playing game.
